For the safety of our signs and children our signs are not toys, for safety reasons please do not allow children to play near or on the signs.

Do not attach balloons to your display it can damage the signs.

Missing or damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer (not the recipient) 

Please do not remove the signs for any reason, please call and we will come and remove them.

Our displays will not damage your lawn, they will simply aerate it!

Once display has been set up we will send you a picture text message or email confirm delivery

How do I pay: We accept all major forms of credit cards via PayPal or Venmo. Payment is required prior to delivery. Paying via PayPal is simple and easy and does not require that you have an account.  ALL payments must be made prior to delivery.

How far in advance should I book my rental? We recommend you book your order well in advance to guarantee the availability of your yardpops display. A $10 Rush fee will be charged for orders not completed and paid for 5 days in advance of installation.  

What is your policy for delivery and pick up? We deliver 7 days a week. We usually deliver the night before between 8pm - 7 am and pick up by dusk the following day between 7-8pm. If other arrangements need to be made, please let us know when we contact you to book your order. ** You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display.

How much does it cost? All displays are custom starting at $74.99 plus delivery   

A $10 Rush fee will be charged for orders not completed and paid for 5 days in advance of installation.  

HOLIDAYS: If you require yard cards to be installed or picked up on a holiday (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day), a $15 fee will be charged.

What is the refund policy? You will receive a full refund if: You cancel (1) one week prior to the time that the display was to be set up. ​ You will NOT receive a refund if:

  • We cannot set up with dry grass & hard ground/dirt. In order to ensure your lawn greeting arrival, please make sure your lawn is watered and ground is moistened. We want to make sure we are able to get our stakes in the ground. If we arrive and we are unable to get the stakes into the ground you will be notified, and we will not be able to complete the delivery. (charges still apply)
  • We can not set up for safety reasons. 
  • You have provided incorrect address or date.
  • A dog or other animal is loose that poses a threat.
  • We cannot set up the display because of a gated community /security guard that will not allow us access.
